I usually drink at least a gallon of water a day so this usually isn’t an issue on my end however I always make sure to drink a glass of water right before the session and I also bring a water bottle with me inside the sauna itself.

Choose Your Preferred Temperature and Length of Time: For beginners it is highly recommended to start off at a base temperature of only about 100 degrees F and only for a session that last between 10 to 15 minutes max.

Clothing Optional: It’s completely up to you what you choose to wear during your sauna session. Some people prefer to wear bathing suits while others feel more comfortable completely nude.

When The Session Is Over: Be sure to be very mindful of your body when your session is over. It’s not uncommon to jump up and feel a bit dizzy after all that healthy sweating.
